You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our services. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refoveo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Refoveo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
